OUR TOUR

-All our tours are planned, organised and conducted by National Licensed Tour Guides of Japan, not by a travel agency or tour operator.
-Therefore, we are only able to arrange your guiding service as shown on the website, but not be able to arrange any of your other holiday items such as flights, trains, hotels, insurance, under the regulation of the Japanese Travel Agency Act.

YOUR BOOKING

-Your bookings will be automatically confirmed by email upon successful completion of your order.
-We kindly ask you to contact us by email at info@ponuijapan.com if you do not receive any emails from us, please check your junk or spam folder if not received.

CANCELLATIONS

-The cancellation policy of our tours is shown on the relevant website page.
-You are asked to contact us by email at info@ponuijapan.com to cancel your booking? キャンセル、変更、返金操作はWebsiteでできる?
-If your tour is cancelled by our guides due to unavoidable circumstances, we will refund the full price.
-Should we be unable to conduct a tour due to natural disasters, train delays or other force majeure, we will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible and refund you the full price.

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

-PONUI Japan assumes no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or inconvenience sustained by any person using its services, nor to their property.

-PONUI Japan will never sell our customer's personal information to third parties.
-We reserve the right to use the data given to us for marketing and research purposes only.
